Yes, very sad news.

My thoughts are with his wife and child.

He still battled on playing even under treatment, such a shame.

he was a top player, in his prime, dag nammit!!!

hope they hold a memorial on the BBC cos i know that he will be missed by many...

RIP.

Hasnt been a good time for famous people recently. Steve Irwin and Paul Hunter have both gone. Richard Hammond almost went, and an ex Portsmouth footballer Dario Silva lost his leg in a car accident. :(
 
Yeah, full respect to Paul Hunter, on those long nights of revision i'd often have BBC2's snooker on in the background. Credit to him for battling on with his illness and stuff

Excellent player, very proud person to play through his battle. Very good sportsmanship and a message to everyone really.
Even tho your going through hell you shouldnt let it stop you doing the things you love.
