hi this is urgent!!!

how do i get ma airbox off??

i got a airfilter off ma cuzin and cant get the whole box off


help

Wrong area but hey n/m, if you need to replace the filter you just take the lid off not the whole filter. And that's just some steel clips that surround it, push them away and down and they should come off easily, putting them back on is also easy.

Oh you mean an induction kit , haynes know best but I'm sure there's a guide on How To Install An Induction kit in the guides since you're an official member. Also http://homepage.ntlworld.com/goldstar0011/Mighty/Engine/Fitting KN.htm. Seems like it's just a joublie clip.

Erm Ive Done That!! Ive Loosened The Jubilee Clip But It Aint Comin Off

aye the airbox is a ###### to get off at first but after unscrewin the airbox mounting bolt and disconnect the breather hose and loosened the jubilee clip i took mine off by simultaneously twistin, tiltin back & forth, pulling & the odd swearing to nudge the tightly fitted rubber seal out.

Thats how i put mine and how most other people do theirs...was that what ya meant?!

maybe he meant the pcv breather pipe on the engine cover? i think ppl connect that to part of the induction filter or if not, install a small breather pipe filter.
i'd check the kits manual or with someone whose done it.
