A few Questions K11 1.0 1995

Hello, first post here on the forum.

I have a 1995 1.0 K11 rally car, looking for answers to a few questions.

If I fit 1.3 Dials/Clocks will the tachometer work as the 1.0 only displays speed and not RPM?

I'm looking at doing a CG13DE conversion later on in the year, I have heard it is a straight swap and will bolt up to the 1.0 gearbox as long as the clutch and flywheel are swapped over. However is a 1.3 ECU required as well?

The plan is to also change the non-pas rack to a pas rack (with pump, belts etc) when the engine is out. Will the pas rack fit onto the standard column or is there a different number of splines on the shaft.

Hello joel. the clocks will work as long as you fit the correct one.
That will be with a cable drive, and not plug and play with a car that old mate.

pretty sure the spline change was after 95
