2013 facelift k11 T4 edition

Hello everybody

My name is Camil and I'm writing from Arad Romania.
I bought this car with my girlfriend a few years ago at 90k km and I started to really love this litle car.
Its a k11 year 1996 1.3i
After some time I started working on it first, I choped the springs, a 14" steel wheels, fitted a FK backbox with detacheble silencer because the old one had more then 1 hole and just drove it like this for a year and a half.
Last year I started working for a full rebuild but since my time was limited it is still in work.
Because it was brought from Austria is had some rust issues at the sideskirts and the floor, actualy it was like the Flinstone car in some parts, anyway I didnt make any photos at that stage.
So I will start to post some from the beginning and keep you updated, since it is my car I will love it anyway but I think some of you will like it to.
I forgot to tell that everything is done by me.

The car as I bought it

So the car is work in progress, but I will post soon.

I started to work on the interior, My main objective with this car is to make it as close as posible to a present day "fulloption" version

I'm not metal a worker, this is the first time when I worked with an aluminium sheet and to be onest its tricky. I work in public relation/sales and in my free time I do what you see here, this is not my first car that I've done, In the future I would like it to be my daytime job but until then, Im just a guy working in a office.

Sorry for the delay

The airbag trying to make it look younger

After I searched everywhere for a chromed nissan logo for the airbag and didnt found any, I searched and realised that the caps for the alloy wheels 2004 up has the nissan logo similar in size with the airbag one, and I bought a set of caps just to get one logo.

all the work is done by me, but I will receive some help from a friend because the car should be finished in 1 month
The handbrake lever was done on the car so it was a litle bit harder, but I'm pleased how it turned out because its my first one that I've done

good work mate.

ONLY thing I would say is you can get heated seat switches factory, the cubby/ storage bit right at the bottom of the centre console below the ashtray, you can get those but with heated seat switches either side and you can get a factory arm rest. I will get some photos

The arm rest has two blanks too, for two switches :) but as you've got that far making custom both I would say carry on, just these would of saved some work IMO but that's not against your work at all :)

I know that the armrest and the buttons exist, but here in Arad the K11 are very rare and because I have to finish the car in about one month I had no other choice

Hello after a long time, because my laptop died I will post only a few pics with the car

A decent build thread these are few and between. Nice to see some good old commitment and hardwork going in to a micra.

hey guys, so I am in need of help.
I am preparing for the boost, and I'm pretty dissapointed with the DET problems without the mapping.

Initialy I tought that at a pressure of max 6 psi the standard 1.3 AFM, injectors could compensate the increased air volume.
What do you recomend me, the car is a daily driver so is it safe to drive it without a maping or not, the car is intended for daily use, probably short quick power runs on the highway and not for track use . And because I am so far away from you were could I buy an already mapped ECU for turbo ?
