1997 Mitsouka Viewt/Micra

i am here in the USA and my Viewt/micra 1.0L GC10 motor , I got a fault code 11 and 12.
the code 11 is the crank angle sensor, my question on this what is the part # and where is it located on the motor

I have a code 12 with is mass air flow meter circut, but my car doesn't have a mass air flow. so how could I get that code?

normally Nissan refers the term CAS as cam angle sensor

Frank on the cg10 the cam angle and crank angle is 1 sensor in the dizzy? Not 2 separate sensors correct? Is so can you give me the part # please
