1996 1.0 16v micra non start

I need help!!!!!
I picked this motor up as a non runner!!!!!!!
I found that the ecu was full of water and in turn it had melt down!
I tracked down a ecu and nat unit of the the same type of car but still no go!!!!!
Has anyone got an ecu and nat unit for this motor cus its doing my head in!!!
