(re-dished stock 5j 13 steelies @ zero offset and a 30mm spacer)

The most widely known offset calculator is <a href="http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp">this one</a>. From memory a 7-inch with +20 offset should bring it almost in line with the guards and from there you can use that as a base to compare it to what you want to do with it.

Frank you should've taken a complete side on pic ;) That image doesn't show how far they stick out very well - it's kind hard to gauge from that angle.

the stock steelies are 5j 45mm, and the ally,s are 5 1/2j 38mm iirc daniel, but the fronts will prodrude about 10mm more than the rears (unless you have a fair amount of negative camber on the front)
