1.3 flywheel skim/lighten/balance advice please

gonna do this soon so just need the orders
1-how to do it sweetly and correcly
2-safe weight
step by step please as i dont really have much clue- apart from a 1.3 flywheel which i'll have soon as i sort it-i will have to find a machine shop and give em the exact instruction

Id take it to a Engine centre and they'll know where to drill/balance it at.. the place I goto use a thing which spins it at 100rpm all the way upto 9900rpm.. so they can see where its being thrown out etc! Did it on my SR20DET I built, dropped a lightened flywheel + clutch was all good
