(yet another) 1.6 Throttle Body questions

Just saw this post from Stani on Shero's blog:

have a look at mines i made the plate for the front, filled the holes on the top and i stupidly cut the throttle cable support bracket around the injector then found out you can rotate the injector 90 degrees lol also with these bits on it'll run really smooth, no flatspots so enjoy

Its just my Micra that does this, or is it normal?

Did anyone used the TB without issues? Is there any way to change the ECU maps so it works fine? (maybe Ed can reply this?)

i answered this question on shero's page, first page at the bottom i used my fuel pressure regulator and the idle screw to set it perfect. the idle screw being easily noticed on the 2nd picture

What fuel pressure did you use?

The thing is, i tried to use the idle screw and the fuel regulator to get a smooth idle, but it didnt work. Only worked when i changed some ECU maps, the MAF was reading way higher than it should, and it had a very rich idle.
