Wiring Lambda Sensor

Hi all
Needed a new lambda sensor so got a universal one of ebay (1 black 2 white wires)
I have cut the old one off the connector so I can crimp the new one on. Obviously the black goes to black, but thought does it matter about the whites?

prob not. the black is the sensor signal going back to the ECU while the 2 white ones are for the sensor preheater, works either way - like any filament heater

The white,s are both live aint they paul ? Both heater wires and earthed via the body/thread
