MAF and Lambda sensor testing

My 1.0 2001MY idles high or goes from low to high (700 to 1600 rpm) when the engine reaches normal temperature.
I have goggled to sort the problem but:
Haynes manual refers “check voltage between terminals 2 and 3 on the airflow meter wiring connector” - How can I identify these terminals, as I see no numbers there.
The lambda sensor must read from o.4 to o.6v, measured in the middle wire, but I have the 4 wire sensor, I think I must use the black wire.
Thanks for your help,

Mário

i dont know if you fixed this problem or not but i wanted more idle revs so i turned a plastic screw on my throttle body, if you look at your throttle body to the left side behind a few wires (hard to get to) but you need a straight 5mm screw driver and turn it to right i think clockwise and it will move your revs down on idle but the going from low to high is because the engine is trying to warm itself up, thats normal in anycars

he probably means its hunting (cycling) up and down ? and yes its still the black signal wire on the coilpack engine too :)
