Hey Fred. I have installed a oil pressure gauge in using a small elbow in the stock position so the sender clears the filter. But my oil pressure seems to be very high. the gauge is reading around the 80psi when cold and around the 148psi when in high revs once warm.....

What you think i have done wrong or is the gauge faulty.

Also without the car running but acc on the gauge is reading around 4psi which is impossible and when i turn the lights on the number drops. Seems to be some interference.

any suggestions

Check you have a stabalizal voltage on the oil pressure guage. If the voltage is above the expected, the guage will read high. I had the same problem on a water temp garage some gears ago. Not sure where you should tap into on a Micra
