windows keep coming off!

Any ideas on what I should use to keep the windows in the runners??
They are manual winders and we've had this problem for ages. The glass just slides out of the runners on the mechanism. I've tries sticking them in with allsorts and nothing seems to last very long.
Any ideas?

Either that or make some deeper channels for them to run in?

When the felt coating rubs off the runners the window snags on the bare rubber.
Get some from the scrapyard, failing that I'll sell you some!

If you keep refitting the window and it keeps sticking you could bend the regulator out of shape, then you would need more bits to fix it.

Never thought of that! Yeah its when you wind it down it sticks and pops off the mechanism. I'll check that today! Cheers.
