would like to fit CG13DE auto into my PAO (K10 derivative). currently it has the M10S. If it's going to be hard work I'll make do with a M12S. Any experience, knowledge/warnings greatly received.

sort answer no,

mounts and wiring will need to be changed along with gearbox.

Can be done but for the trouble you could easily fit a ga16

D4R73N - that's the sensible thing to do, but my dogs wouldn't be able to stick their heads out of the rear windows and flap their ears!
Arnold - well spotted.
Mike - thats what I thought, but it isn't a car to go fast in, just dont like leaning forward when going uphill!
So I'll be after an M12S motor preferably complete car K10 1.2 auto, probably in March (other projects first)
Many thanks for the replies

Chris, have you considered trying to track down an MA10ET from a Figaro? they also run an auto box usually.

I'm sure you'll prefer the auto box on the 12 as they are fluid cooled I believe as opposed to the air-cooled one on the 10, not sure what box the figaro uses though.

Glad to see there are paos out there.
