What's the difference between a normal and a Helix clutch

This week I want to replace my normal clutch (which is worn out) with a new one.
I have read some things about the Helix clutches, but what I really want to know what the difference is while you driving?
Is it more heavy? Less smooth?
Or is it just rock solid if you accelerate real hard?

I know it can resist more torque, but do I really need it?
It's a lot of money...

I drive a 1.3 turbo K11, with approx 130 hp.
