Upgrading 1.0l to 1.3l

Hi guys. I would like some advice on a little project I'm going to tackle. I've got a '99 1.0l cg10 and I've bought a 1.3l cg13 to pop into it. Now it came with the gearbox, manifold, airbox and usual stuff still bolted on but that's it. Now before I put it in, I was wondering will it work with the existing 1.0l ECU. If not what else would I need to get to make it work?
