Underbody rot

Had the motor off the ground and was looking at the exhaust, I've got a hole in it.

Anyways while I was under it I found rot on the body just behind the drivers side and passenger side Front seats.

What I was wondering is this common on the k11?

No pics at the mo I hope to have some put up tomorrow.

No it looks like its right under the center of the seats at the back. My guess is that some idiot was stomping their feet, dented it and opened it up to the elements.

No amount of feet stomping would cause that. Iirc its a panel seam my old one had been plated there.
