Here is my Nissan Micra, bought 2 years ago for 500 euros and 110k km.
Just wanted to post all the mods I have done to it.

First mod was some wheels. 14x6j et36 OZ. Still not a wide enough in my opinion
FItted also some Ta Tecnhix, but they didn't drop the car enough.
Short shifter.jpg

The gear change felt amazing with this simple mod. But the rattle was noticible at 130km/h and disappeared at 140km/h

First Time on Castelletto Circuit tracking it with a friend. IT WAS FUN.
The monkey assaulted me. And I throw money on the brake upgrade....

Next thing was doing something about the BRAKES. So i bought son N15 caliper with carrier for the front.

Bigger diameter and now they are ventilated.
Also decided to upgrade the brake master cylinder.
As Eden Young adviced me I mounted a Land Td5 one. Code OEN NTC4491
Reservoir straight fit on, and the hole position are very close to the original one.
Just need to trim the diameter a little.

Also bought the Gizfab rear disk conversion kit. A little pain in the ass to install it, but changed a lot the braking performance of the rear.
I had to shave the caliper a bit, cause it touched the rim weights.

Also solved the Handlebrake cable situation with this

And upgraded also al the brake line with braided one. Now seems to have more of a modernish brake :ROFLMAO:

Next stop was 1.4 conversion. Found a 300 euros one here in Italy, skimmed the head of 0.4mm. New chain and gaskets. 1.0 flywheel and gearbox.
And Gizfab PU engine mount and oh boy, this micra rattle and sound like a track car.

But of course something had to blew off, THE RADIATOR.

The plastic piece broke and it spilled coolant everywhere, making a mess.
Took a chance to replace it with a thicker one.

Raced for the second time at Castelletto Circuit, with the new engine and brakes I shaved 4 seconds.
The tyre now are the limiting factor.

Also done a black headlight mod.
Much better in my opinion, it completely change how the car looks.

Now I'm waiting for the Astra mk4 lip and the new battery, because the current one is leaking fluid :cautious:
Also this Saturday I'll race on the Modena circuit.

Installed the lip, perfect fitment, just needed to cut few centimeter at the center.

Also broken the old owner lap time (1:48) at Modena (the car was pretty much stock, only -40mm Vogtland and a front strut brace)
Done 1:38,74

Now it sits good enough and drive fantastic if you dont hit potholes.
This sunday I will test it to Cremona circuit

Astonishing... Great job buddy.
I really desire something similar but my K11 is the 2nd family car. I can't imagine my wife in a such K11..!
What about your 15 inch wheels? How it was with MOT?

Here in Italy I think it's a bit different. You need to homologate the tyres that doesn't appear in the vehicle registration.
