haven't been on here lately.. that said i haven't driven my red car lately either.. due to the sale of some parts of it... but recent **** arounds have meant the car meant to be my daily just isn't ready yet.. so.. the result? :


came on an on ramp and gave it the boot in 2nd and 3rd.. on screamer pipe straight past the five-O lol..(lucky me as by the looks he put his radar gun away when i was still 300m away) obviously i got pulled up (well actually as soon as i seen em i pulled up).. i don't think i'll ever forget the first words the police man said "you've gotta be ****in joking right? what the hell's in this thing?" baha.. anyway.. ended up having a good chat and he was nice enough not to tow my car for me.. gave me my $933 ticket and i was on my merry way .. moral of the story? need an extra 200kw to gaurantee getaway

HAHAhaha that up here in darwin would be a summons to court straight up. anything over 45klm above the limit is straight up court. loss of licence for 6 mnths minimum.

But that is a hefty price to pay there.

i think it was the screamer pipe that gave you away..
had there been no screamer pipe, oyu might have got away clean and the copper might have thought his gun was faulty!

i know ive driven passed a couple of radar traps at abuot 10-15 over in the micra and they didnt look in my direction, but they went for the commodore and skyrine behind me though..

one day someone driving the wrong way up a ramp, nearly had head on with him...go around him an boot it cos i was so pissed off..........radar pointing at me 100m down the road, cop says he saw the guy buy couldn't chase cos he would be going the wrong way also and there was alot of traffic...........told him i was just pissed off and he downgraded my fine to under 10km and 1 point even though i was 30km over - 100 in 70 zone.

unlucky... given that in the past few weeks one mate got away with doing a massive powerslide across the front of a cop car.... aaaand another one of my mates got done doing 170 on the freeway and only actualy got booked for doing 15 over.

thats just unbelieveable if you ask me though...

Almost a grand in fines.....that's got to hurt.
Had my fully stock micra to just over 150kmh but on stock tyres, springs/ride height and on a country road it got a bit floaty and I backed off.
