what degrees is the timing suposed to be at on the st??

make a big difference aswell warren mine was about 10-15 digree's out when checked it.

its something that i should have checked the other day, went down the motorway with the whole distributor rocking from front to back having lost a bolt from it.... not ideal.

yeah thats not good mine isnt that bad i just have a funny feeling that it might be slightly off

the correct setting is as smidge said 15 degree's before top dead centre mate

thank you very much guys, had to get a new exhaust manifold gasket earlier wel its ordered will have it tomorow thats the third one ive blown in the last few months i dont understand why it keeps doing this
