Throttle body resoldering

I've been trying to resolder three solder joints inside the throttle body circuit box to address some issues I've been having with my 1998 Nissan Micra 1.0 GX, and have been following the online guide http://www.micra.com.au/technical-articles/cg13de-throttle-body-resoldering-guide.pdf

I've managed to cut out almost all of the sealant around the edge, but just can't manage to prise the cover off, am struggling to get anything in the gap. I've managed to remove the black potentiometer at the bottom. (photo below is with the cover off - what I am aiming at!)

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

I did this a few years ago, if memory serves, I ran a stanley knife around the edge and found a small starting point.. after that it was easy to get the cover off.. though I did take the throtle body out to solder it while it was on it's side. only worked for a few weeks, ended up getting a refurb off e-bay for £90ish..
