Superlites

Has anyone ever fitted superlites? Mine are 7 inch wide I think with a 175/50/13 tyre but don't. They obviously poke out, doesn't concern me...its the bounce in the back...If I go any higher it just leaves abnormal wheel gap, matiz setup in the front is firm enough to cope.

Anyone tried it or made it work?

ive tried on 7j alleycats which are basically the same, with how low i am i couldnt put the jack all the way down because it was just sat on tyre but you have to flare out your arches loads so its got legal tread poking out, not allowed any of the top of the wheel poking out and 30mm of poke of the rest of the tyre

That rules out superlites for me :( there is not a chance in the world I'm going to roll arches...out of curiosity how wide can you go and still get a deepish effect.

I would love to go 7+... that was in the early planning stages of getting a K11, since I have got this car, plans are now I will have the option to change it back to stock at anytime :)

Swap the 175/50's for 165/55's to gain a little, slot or drill slightly oversize the nuckles to give the front some camber (or buy camber bolts if you are that way inclined), and make sure that you have the rear axle centred. Then frighten the arches with a length of scaffold pole.
