i need some help i'm after a 3 dr 1.3 micra, to create a swift gti beater,

i'm looking at getting it in about 4 months so i want to look into it now, obvious i want a super s, but i cant find any concrete details on it, i went to nissan and they were no help,

all i have found out is that they were imports, had abs, rear discs, different bumpers and alloys but were otherwise the same as the sx, can anyone confirm any of this and if so does anyone also know if the had inboard brakedrums or a handbrake through the calipers, or if there was any engine differences between the super s and other 1.3, or basically anything anyone knows about the super s,

also if there is anyone in sussex area who has one and is willing to meet up so i can see it, i would be totally in your debt.

and help will be great.
 
super s micra are not import, they only had abs and rear discs as an option. as did slx and sr models.
engine is the same as other 1.3.
dont worry, you can turn any 1.3 k11 into a swift gti beater.
it will cost this much to get about 100bhp. which is enough to beat the gti.

decat pipe £80
decat back system £190
K&N panel filter £40
 
There not imports, there part of the standard range from 93-96.

ABS and rear discs where an option.

Has got diffrent bumpers and alloys where an option.

There was no SX at this time. If you mean LX there where still alot of diffrences.

Not sure about the drum/handbrake question

It had a 1.3 which was the same as all the others

If your spending -1500 you can get a Super S

If your spendin 1500+ you can get an SR which is an updated version of the Super S as the whole range was updated in 1996

cheers i was totally mislead,

as for the exhaust bit, i got a mate with a tig welder whos gonna sort me out a full system manifold to back box literally cheapo as chips.

cheers again, i'm gonna have to revise my plans,
 
add a unichip and cams and bigger tb and injectors. then snoops car would be left behind. :p

Mk 2 phase 2 hollow point fast road cams
K&n induction with heat shield
full janspeed exhaust system
act fast road clutch
short shift gear linkage
advanced timing and fuel pump
larger throttle body along with naughty NGK r spark plugs
next up is
200 sx injectors
a hitman ignition and fuel programmer
and then poss a low compression turbo kit with FMIC and halo n2o kit


suspension wise
it runs H&R 45mm lower springs with cobra gas shox all road

changed my mind now, i'm gonna do a totally insane project, i have dreams of following a supra upto 150mph, and i must do it
