Super S Dash lights Problem

I have a problem with my Super S Dash lights...

I have fitted new bulbs and now when the handbrake is on the speedo from 0-45 lights up (evem with lights off).
When handbrake is down, the lights 0-45 go off, even iff you have lights on.

How do i fix it?

Fixed that... wondered if there is a way of getting the top of the rev counter n bottom of the speedo to use different bulbs, as wanted the top of rev counter red.... but then the speedo lights up red too, thanks

The bulb was in the wrong area and was making a circuir with the handbrake lights, so you need to move it a hole towards the fuel gauge
