Sunny 1.3 head on MA10 block possible?

MoT tester told me that a 1.3 Sunny head should fit THE K10 MA10 - is this true, if so this car looks like a bargain!

The B11 Sunny used an E13 engine as opposed to the Micra MA10, so I would think they were different even if they look the same, I dont see the point though really, the B11 Sunnys are quite rare for parts now, where micras with the MA12 engine can be picked up in most breakers yards or on Ebay.

I want that car!!! omg it's beautiful. We used to have the B11 coupe and that saloon looks soo nice. If I were to get that i'd have to take it over to bradford and talk someone out of an engine

they dont match up the sunny engines about 3" longer i had alook at one of these engines cus like was going to have the alloy rocker cover polished up,it looks the same but much bigger.
same goes for the inlet manifold different stud pattern.
also if you notice the engine mounts bolt to the head and you cannot see the altenater its bolted to the block .
