strange noise

hi everyone. I bought a 1993 k11 micra at the auction the other day and have noticed this noise and I am unsure what it is because I aint a mechanic. Please can anyone watch the two videos by clicking the links and then letting me know what you think it is. Thank you.

checked oil?
sounds like the heat shields and that, try close down the area where its comming from
get a rag round your hand to touch heatshield when hot to eliminate them
hope it isnt gearing /clutch,but not a big deal if it is to fix

thanks for the replies peeps, my clutch is worn but not gone completely yet. I will check the heatshield and see if its that, and check the exhaust for any loosness. Could it be the lamba?
