sourcing rear drums

time to replace my rear drums....(& shoes)

I have seen a zillion deals on shoes but only a couple of places to get drums for comparrison...so theres nssan and.........?

Does anyone know of a rear brake drums gold mine for the K10...

.Oh and mine is a late model '92 where the drums can be withdrawn without the need to remove the hub removing the hub!!

I guess I should also ask....are there any other drums (eg K11 or other) that will fit the late K10's perfectly??

if you get some that have the same inside diameter, pcd and the depth they should fit.

yes take the wheel off the let the handbrake off and the drum should just pull off!...

You may need to bang it with a hammer all the way round just to loosen it up.

Was around £50 for 2 drums 4 shoes & delivery

the drums & shoes arrived today

fitting them was a punisment from hell..

all on now though...painted the drums (apart from teh working surrfaces) to show the corrosion

Skinned knuckes, black fingernails, exhausted and rusy hair!!
