sounds like a 3 cylinder?

ive put my janspeed cat by-pass pipe on and been for a drive sounds good apart from the odd time it sounds a bit like a 3 cylinder anybody got any ideas why this may be happening ?

make sure your spark plug leads are on tightly, check dizzy
