Saggy bumper

I've just had my bumper changed to an Super S bumper and the gap is still there, what's the weakest part that's likely to have bent?

one of the bumper mounts is probly broken/bent, iam not 100%.

It looks like its smiling.

The bumper is held on to the front crossmember through swrews at the bottom, and onto the wings through the inside of the wheel arch. The 2 parts which take most of the weight are the mounts. and it's more than likely to be them!! Either not put on properly, or damaged!
