Sachs+AP or Weitec?

Hi guys,

I need new springs and shocks on my K11. At the same price, approx 400EUR, I found Sachs Racing shocks with AP springs or Weitec Ultra GT kit, what do you think of these? any other option?

Hi Reichard,

I have the Weitec Ultra GT kit on my white micra. I can recommend this kit if you wish to ;

1. Lower your car by between 20-30mm
2. Have springs/suspension just a little bit firmer than standard.
3. Don't want to reduce the ride comfort for everyday driving.

My car drives very well with the Wietec kit installed. The handling is noticably sharper with less body roll around corners but the ride quality over bumps hasn't been reduced.

If you are looking for ultra-sharp racecar handling then the Weitec kit isn't for you..... However, for an everyday road car it's a very good kit.
