Rusty Rear lol!

Hello guys after a little advice. Noddy has a rusty rear arch/quater its not on the bodywork it is the undreside im thinking this is the sills you all talk about??:glare:

How much roughly would this cost to get repaired? it is not rusty on the other side. The driver side has had a knock at some point and there is a dent there so we are assuming that is the reason for it rusting underneith. Not very good at all this car talk can you tell?? LOL!
