repairing my exhaust

Hi,

I have a Janspeed exhaust system on my K11 and it's blowing (sounds better than ever) not sure where from, the whole system is rusty, I don't fancy shelling out much more money so could it be fixed by using an exhaust bandage or is it nesscessary to replace the section?

depends where it is and how big the hole is

which part is blowing?
i had a manifold that had started to crack and i tryed to use bandage and it lasted 2 days lol so i jus took it to work and tig welded it, if its the ctr section it should work but for how long i dont know

you should be able to see the hole cos its likely to have gone black from the exhaust gases, bandage might work, but only on straight parts really, if its a flange though, which in my experiance with micra exhausts is quite likely, you'd be better of covering it in gungum
