removing snapped bolts

hi i'm on changing the back axel on my micra and some of bolts were snapped off the new axel when it was removed can anyone tell me how i would go about removing these bolts?

Would normally use a set of easy outs, how did you snap it? over tightening or rusted too much and you snapped it taking it off?

it snapped when we were removing the axel it was to rusted and what are easy outs?

on the second picture use a pairs of mol grips on the threaded bit and turn it till it comes out

if they're rusted in, easy outs won't do it

drill down the centre of the bolt, the heat generated should loosen the bolt, then try an easy out, worst case scenario is drilling the bolt out altogether then re-threading the captive bolt.

do it my way and you will be fine, drill it and get it wrong you will have to re tap the nut

if it wont come out with mol grips get a plumbers blowtorch and heat it up then try again with the mol grips
