Removing 6CD In Dash Changer

This is my first post, so I'd like to say hello to all. I have had trouble with my cd player where it seems to have no power at all, and after several months decides to work again. During then I tried to remove the head unit, which proved to be a misery.

So, does anyone know how to remove it? As I'd like to check the fuse and connect some extra speakers.

No, in 85,800 miles it never put a foot wrong. Swapped it for a doble DIN Pioneer a while back though .
