Rebuilding my engine finally! :)

So my dad is finally ready to help me change my timing chain but he insists that we just rebuild the entire engine, as such I am after a list of all recommended replacement parts and if anyone has them to sell first hand feel free to reply or pm me. Most importantly the rebuild is only for N/A application, even though a turbo is an eventual project it will not be greatly boosted.

I have so far only the cams, shims and alot of external stuff thats irrelevant to this project so if anyone would be kind enough to give me a list of recommended replacement parts for the block it would be greatly appreciated. So far my list contains;

Performance cams, relevant shims
N/A gasket and all seals.
Stock bolts to be replaced? (not sure if necessary or if higher priced ones improve anything..)

Add to the list guys and my total expenditure on parts is currently set to 700 dollars (unrealistic?)

New piston rings. Pistons are re-usable unless you find damage on them which is unlikely unless a timing chain let go. Big end bearing, Head gasket, Head bolts and seals. Get the crank checked and trued if needed. Not a lot more for a NA build. Replace all drive belts while its out as its easier to do than when in he car. Replace the water pump if the old one shows corrosion on the impeller.

your bores will no doubt need glazebusting pierce, and preferably oversize rings gapped to suit.
then the condition of the crank journals and shells checked (7 grades/sizes of shells availiable) and you use the numbers stamped on the crank and block to determine the grade of shells, if required.
and some sealant for the sump :)
