Rear Seat belts Sticking

I rarely have people in the back of my car however the last few times the people have experienced the seat belt not giving any lack after they get it on and basically being pinned to the chair by it. Any suggestions on the cause of this? I have tried the seats myself and yeah they do lock pretty easy. It's only started the past few months.

i know this one,,,,,,,,theirs a guy or 2 goes around the k11's fixing them if you make it to jae event

Take the back seats out. It's only a small car, no back seats means less weight, no more seat belt trouble and you get more boot space for when you got shopping jking
