rear quarter damage

Hi my rear quarter has been damaged quite bad, it has been pushed in at the top (just below the crease line) and has created a large (about the size of a football) dent and a smaller one to the side of it , i have got in from behind it and tried to push it out, it will push out but wont stay, does anyone recommend any tips on how to get it straight again?

plunger from the outside gently
use water so it holds well
few sharp pulls may have it pop back out

Ive heard ways of using heat and cold to remove big dents. Get the area really hot then throw ice water over it and its meant to pop out...? No idea how true that is lol

Or a thing called air duster heat it up or have the car in direct sunlight. Spray on and run away as the metal goes bang. lol.

Followed by a hair dryer (Y)
