Rear drop link removal?

Any tips?

I turn the bolts and the whole lot spins... does this mean I have no choice but to cut them off and replace the lot?

I want to fit a whiteline rear ARB - can I order OEM cheapo parts to replace them?

i got some mole grips on the other side to the nut to stop it all spinning, some droplinks have flats on them so you can use a spanner on them, normally 17mm

I've just got some new drop links and noticed that they have allen key fittings to stop the threads from turning as you undo them. Not sure if they are on the OE drop links, but it's worth noting for anyone who searches this out.

nissan changed the style of it's drop links from the ones with the flats behind, to the ones with the allen key in the end, the latter are an arse to remove after a couple of years.
