Sway Bar Drop Bar Link

When does this bar need to be replaced?
My car occassionally gives a little knock so I crawled under and had a look. I found the rubbers on this drop bar link has started to come away from the metal rod supporting it.
Are you suppose to be able to move these rubbers normally?
Do I need to replace the whole drop bar link or can you just exchange the rubbers?
If Nick (NSM) is reading this, what would it cost for replacement rubbers or the whole drop bar links?

No such thing as drop-links for the front and I do know what you mean about the rears - It seems a bit like the rubber is more like a dust cover than anything as I remember being able to move it around pretty easily last time I was looking at it.

Would be interested to know how much you can get the drop-links for too, nick :)

I have been on the phone with Nissan re-sway bar drop bar link for the rear sway bar.
For a pair it costs $132.00
A helpful gent answered my call and quoted the part No.
The current part No.is 562616F600
This No. supercedes the following part No.s 562614F725, 562614F702.
The Nissan man gave these No.s because I told him they advertise these sway bar drop bar links on ebay so he quoted the No.s to me to ensure I got the right part if I do buy them through ebay.
