rear demist issue

hi all

the fuse for the rear demist keeps blowing when its turned on and i wondered if anyone else has had this issue and if so what the problem was.

i would check the wiring in the rubber boot that goes between the tailgate and the body ,with the tailgate being opened and closed all of the time the wiring that runs through the boot can snap it may then be shorting out
