Rattling

My super s rattles quite agressively when i am neutral and when in low revs and when reversing, it seems to be the exhaust but when i had a look under the car when the car was ticking over i couldnt see anything rattling.Just wondering if you guys could help?

Check the heatshields along the exhaust. The heatshield around the second cat coming loose seems to be a common problem on the micras.

mine does this around 1,500 revs, the heat shield rattles and rattles, yet i havnt repaired it yet!

one of my heat shields fell off

should be getting serviced at the end of this month going too get it replaced

Most mechanics chuck them in the bin, they're a waste of space.

Well the cat can get damaged if you drive through a puddle as the sudden temp change breaks it lol. The rest of them are pointless.
