ok i have a panel filter and a big cold air intake from my grill got a sportex backbox and im looking at getting a janspeed manifold what i was wondering is after i put the manifold put on if i got a re-map would i notice much differance?

shud do, 95% of that from the manifold tho...

not really with just the manifold, but then again, if you're going for high power, then it's always worth getting re-mapped, but remember you'll need at least a piggy back ECU aswell to get it re-mapped.

Does anybody know what gain can be expected from the manifold alone? Any proven results for a 1.0i K11 would be great.
