There was a set of GSX-R 1100 throttles on eBay a few days ago - thats your best bet. Budget on a poo-load of driveability issues unless you are going to do the management properly though... Loosing the manifold means serious VE changes on very small throttle openings (1.5% and above).

im gonna be running R1 throttle bodies with stand alone management on my other car. I think the injectors flow rate on them is too large though.
