just went down the shop to get some fags and wilst i was out i swung by my local cruise spot (the kingsway) to see a couple of my mates and i got laughd at for modding a micra i now my car is looking a bit rough at the moment but it is work in progress. so i have a plan for some big mods to wipe the smile off of the faces of the vtr and zetec s drivers. im going tomorow to by an escort van to use as a runabout. then my micra is going into my mates unit to have some work done thinging a modded 1.6l or standard 20l.

tbh honest mate u could do that with just an exhasut and intake. this would be lighter for better drivability and cheaper and you wouldnt have to take the car of the road. then if you wanted to challenge vts etc you could go with cams, gas flow head, ecu remap etc. then if you wanted to go silly you could go turbo which can be got to about 200bhp if u want which would be silly. personally i would go turbo if i was taking the car of the road.

Engine

well i got a work horse lined up (escort van 1.8 deisel) and my micra has a shagged gearbox and the engine aint far behind it. i can get a 1.3 for in with box an ecu, for £175 plus vat or a 1.6l primera complete for £100 all in at the same place.
