Private plates?

any one know how well private plates hold their value,
found K11 SLX to go on my K11 SLX,
i reckon i would have to sell with the car unless i found another SLX,
any idea on how much it would make to the sale price of the car...the plate is
£245 plus fees
just thought id ask

Not really i dont think slx cuts it for numberplate coolness....

P10 GTI
R4 GTS
S23 VTR
and K11 SLX? - maybe, but not recogniseable other than from ppl "in the know"

i saw a mini the other day with sooo much mud on it that you couldn't read the plate. you might as well make up your own mine are gonna be inside the car
