pls help with the english translation for my fuse box =)

hello again.

i tried to search an english translation for the k-11 fuse box but couldn't open the link (http://www.micraholics.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=1116&hl=wiring)posted by knieval in this thread https://micra.org.uk/cmf/message/7157

there are some missing fuses so i was wondering if that's the reason for my wiper spray pump not working...and i just want to find out if i need to put fuses or not. also, there are 3 blue relays beside the fusebox and they dont have labels. if anyone also knows what these relays are, kindly indicate their names. il post pic of the relays later.

and here is the picture of the relay beside the fusebox (encircled in red). any ideas what they are for?
and the one encircled in yellow, are they jumpers or fuses?just noticed them now...lol

bro i noticed you're from Philippines. is your micra the right hand drive converted to left hand drive jap import? because if so, the label on the fuse box are not 100% accurate due to a lot of conversions. notice your fuses have different ratings on the ones indicated on the 1st pic. i had mine retraced by an auto electrician just to be safe. the micras especially the ones from cebu that got converted got jumbled up fuse box.
