I spent 4 hours yesterday washing and polishing it. Then it rained and now it looks like this.

sills and arches look rust free! nice and tidy! lol

the back looks like its wearing a mini skirt!

i know it`s the mud flaps very suspect.

and the fact the back bumper is shorter therefore you can see the metal underneth! lol

It looks nice and clean, but the two tone paint has to go imo, paint the bottom black.

For £200.oo that looks damn good, the back almost looks Rally like, like the Lancia Delta.

my dad managed to get a colette for £5.91, he gave him a tenner, replaced the wipers then sold it for £250, it was mint.....hes still using it today with no problems.....

i don`t know if i should take the rub strips off and risk the nightmare of the glue underneath, or just paint it.

nah take them off, glue isn't that hard to get off...i use paint thinner, but you have to be very careful when you apply it, then polish it up...but people have their own ways including soapy warm water and a credit card....lol check the DIY sections!
