petrol E-petition

Not to be rude but there are thousands of these things, and the price keeps going up, waste of time I'm afraid! If I made a petition that porn was too expensive I'd get a million signatures but no one would make it cheaper

ive done it (Y) but yeah i think martin is right i cant see the oil companies or the government budging on price. only in the up direction cause they know people have to pay it.

It's called inflation dude were all complaining about petrol not being 60p a litre anymore but people aren't paid £3 minimum wage anymore! I. You want high minimum expect everything else to be more expensive
I wish it were cheaper but I also wish I were paid more, you can't have it both ways :(

done mates, nice one ,to get them slappers in parlaymant to shape shift,or at least discuss it :grinning:

we the public,here n their make a diference :)
in reality it sposed to be much cheaper.. it actually comes out the earth for free so its only by the time some true extinction worthy fart types steal it that it gets very blood thurstly expensive,,these vlad priks are still round, amazing. still work to be done :)

Personally, the oil companies don't have much blame in this in my eyes. OK they could pass on wholesale savings quicker, but I think we all know the real culprit:

Yes, oil is free, but do you fancy building an oil rig to drill 10,000m+ below the surface R-REG? And then refine that crude oil into engine friendly petrol/diesel? If so then I'll have some of your "free" oil please! :D

dam,,,its a challenge for myth busters :)

i recon evaporation wont be that difficult,as human race has advanced enough with knowledge .

this is like a joke though as you know the money system has already collapsed . and more paper has been printed as filler to fill the gap

govern ments are just money men nowdays, mp's tenp's :) and the oil company's are gangsters like the rest of em.

just to prove the oil we get is originally free when geddafi wanted payment in gold not printed paper he got murder'd hehehehh:)

Blame the government before you blame the oil cos, they contribute far more to the lightening of your wallet than the costs incurred between extraction, (of which an increasing percentage is from deep water finds), and it's arrival at the pumps.

Given the current situation, one could very well question the value for money in terms of public service given from the revenue imposed from fuel sales....

Blame the ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

you done the petition ? just thought i'd ask as thats how you find out who's who. bread butter'd where an all that.

coming back to my refinery's and other wonderful toys at my highly advanced disposal today. i couldnt even go and lift a brick my ancestors made thousands of years back

this is how weak we become when idiots run the show :)

jersey's tax free to though :) no way man Norways pretty far, taxes here keeping prices up. whats Norway like in comparison ?

Tax free, sounds nice.

Norway? Very expensive! How many pikeys would riot at £8 for a pint of Fosters ;)

Fuel wise, you're looking at about 160 for 95 unleaded.

Tax free fuel?

Nice idea, wont work. They'll just slap tax on fags or booze..or crisps or milk. Something that sells a lot..

Already done. As an example, taxes on alcohol, tobacco, sugar and imported meat & cheese, (to name a few), are already in place here and are astronomical. That and all assets, which includes shares, all property, cash and even the purchase value of your car, is subject to wealth tax annually.

It doesn't matter what you do, there will always be complainers, it's simple human nature.

Consider yourself privileged to be in a position to pay taxes. You could be born into the world and find yourself sifting through putrid landfill looking for plastic to cash in for $0.25c before you turn the age of 5.

nah, pointless exercise zed :)

'Fair' fuel?

They should really extend the umbrella to cover all fuels subjected to government taxation.

Perhaps LPG has been left out as it's still under the 99ppl mark, where things magically become expensive ;)

1.00 GBP = 1.23 EUR
Exchange rate: 1.228853
Rate valid as of: 18/12/2012
