no.... follow the previous thread.... it ends up going to the mainifold underneath the throttle body... what you see here is a breather return from the top right hand side of the cam cover.

yes chris, thats the pcv filter under the air filter, as it says in haynes manual page 1*14 diagram 23.5

basically when the engines idle, fresh air is filtered through the pcv filter, sucked via the connecting hose to the top rear left of the cam cover where it flows from top downwards through the engine to vent out nasty vapours in the crankcase.
the collected flow comes out of the front bottom of the crank, up the hose, into the top front left of the cam cover, out of the cam covers top rear right where the one-way pcv valve allow the vapours to be sucked into the TB to join combustion.
