Hi i was just wondering what is the best way to make my open mouth grill like
what materials should i use and how i should go about it ? thanks (Y)

im new to this but have to become a full member soon its on my list ha and iv a pre-facelift 1997

Ok, well talk to Kev and he'll get you sorted

Quick quide then;

*Cut the middle of the grill out

*glue plastic over the cuttings (dvd cases are good)

*body fill over the plastic and smooth with different grades of sand papers

*Prime, paint and laquer

Still Id advise signing up and checking out GUY's DIY guide, it'l give you a lot more info + pics
